  Communication was great with prompt despatch. The car centre console however arrived with surface damage on the wood trim, in transit one presumes. The seller on seeing photographic evidence was very understanding and immediately offered a full refund including any incurred return costs or alternatively a partial refund for me to retain the console. We came to a very agreeable conclusion. I'd definitely recommend this seller and would be more than happy to purchase from them again
