  The product i received is completely different from the pictures,I tried to contact customer service many times, but they never responded,This is very bad shopping experience and I cannot recommend this seller

  Great stuff, I use it for dog/cat messes all the time. Unfortunately, these were not especially well-packed and there was some leakage in the box. Not enough to be a problem but thought you should know. Otherwise, thanks for a great product, great service, and timely shipping.
