  The seller was fantastic. My questions were answered, and I even received picture instructions for self-installation. In my case, I had it professionally installed, and it came out amazing. My sound quality improved significantly. The item was brand new in its packaging and came with everything needed to function correctly, looking even better. The price was great and reasonably priced.   Item arrived relatively fast, about 7 days from purchase. Product was well packaged with foam and double boxed. There was instructional manual, but I wished it has more details on radio settings & operations (thus 1 star off). Head unit came with all required hardness/ wires/ trim . Installation was very plug & playSeller was very responsive on any questions I had. Overall, I am happy withe both product & services received.
