  Positive on Customer Service….Negative on Packaging Seller recently hired help for packaging and promised to address the issue. This gift for my daughter arrived broken due to poor packing. The bowl was wrapped in two pieces of thin brown paper…no bubble wrap or packing peanuts. Seller contacted me quickly and refunded most of my money…not sure why she held back some funds…as I had to throw the whole thing in the trash. But I am grateful to have gotten most of my money back.

  Seller informed me that a piece was missing after shipping but wish I had known before shipping. However, the seller and I were able to come to a compromise. Items were as described otherwise and my grandson was happy.

  so super happy to have found this plush lucky troll doll, i donated mine accidentally, im so glad i found this one to replace my other one, seller is kind and the doll arrived here within just a few days, it was packaged well and water proofed and made it here in great condition, we are so happy, thank you!
