  These pencils had to travel from the USA to Australia but they were packaged with bubble wrap packaging and in its original packaging as well so they arrived in excellent condition. They arrived on time to Australia according to the seller. Took a couple more weeks within Australia through customs and the postal system here expect that if buying from another country from the USA. The seller answered all my questions and gave me additional tracking numbers within Australia to help me track it.

  My order took a longer time to be delivered than originally advised, but arrived in excellent condition and was safely packaged. Postage was more expensive than I expected, for such a small item, but did make a long journey. Thanks to seller for a very efficient transaction.

  Thank you for such wonderful service! The yarn arrived two weeks or so ahead of the expected delivery date, The yarn is beautiful and is exactly what I ordered. I would like to also mention the seller went the extra mile by ensuring all six skeins of yarn had the same batch number. The price was very reasonable, along with the cost of shipping. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again and recommend this seller to others. Thanks once again.
