  Excellent service. Was wrapped very well and shipped quickly. Arrived in couple of days and in good condition. It is as shown in the photo on the eBay posting. I would buy from George's Surplus Hardware again.

  I'm not sure if it was listed as an open box, but it did have a flaw. The seller made it right immediately with an apology. His follow-through was prompt and communication kind, appropriate, and responsive. I would buy from him again in a second! Thanks, George!
