  Just got my much-anticipated BlackBerry Key2 and I couldn't be happier! As with any online order, I worried if I'd get exactly what I wanted, but I DID get a BLACK BlackBerry Key2 (BBE-1005)!!! AS PROMISED! Owner was also very nice and always prompt in responding to my questions, as well as in getting my phone to me. Price was also much better than other suppliers!!   Customer was responsive and although I was told I couldn't get a signature release they continued to respond when I reached out. I made the same purchase from another seller Meonov about 3 weeks ago and my package was left outside at 10am. I rarely use eBay and turned here because they had the phone, I had no idea how much of a headache it would be not to mention I did not get my money back from my stolen phone. Other than that, this specific seller was helpful and attentive but overall beware.

  Came without a receipt for warranty...it took me 4 messages and a refusal to give them positive feedback before they agreed to send me the receipt....avoid them.

  1.Warranty is provided by our store, no warranty receipt is needed. 2. we sent you a picture of the purchase invoice right after you contacted us, but you kept asking for a PDF and eBay cannot send PDFs. 3.I believe other buyers can testify that we are very cooperative with our buyers.
