  The specimen is beautiful and is as described, and pictured. The seller goes out their way to make sure that the buyer is satisfied with the product. The gemstone was extremely well packaged for international shipping. International shipping takes a long period of time due to inspections, tariffs, etc. which I fully understand and know that it is not the seller's fault. Overall, it was an excellent transaction.

  Received stone larger than pictured. Very nice, good color, cut and clarity. No zoning issues noted. Well packaged and arrived in good condition. Good value for the money and this type of stone. Thank you.

  This was my first time purchasing a loose gem and I couldn't be more pleased. The topaz was exactly as pictured and described. It arrived faster than expected and was well-packaged to prevent damage. They even included a free gift - a lovely onyx cabochon. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

  I purchased my first stone from them and when it came in I took it to verify if was what it says. They determine it was what was listed. I purchased a second stone with same results. I am very pleased with my purchase. Yes, I intend to buy from them again. They are a reputable business.

  The "stone" I got is not the one pictured. It did come packaged thoroughly and with a certificate of authenticity. I suspected it would not be the particular one I chose after seeing the pic used again for another posted for sale. I'll settle for what I got though.
