    This was a great seller to deal with, responded to my questions in a super fast polite manner. Shipping was ultra fast from Cali, and fedex tracking was provided. Scooter came packed from factory and sealed. There was no problems and within the time of checking the tires and such I was riding. I will be buying from them again in the future and this was a A+ experience. Also bought the extended warranty at a great price.

    Never gave item to FEDEX all they did was print label. I purchased on August 15th and on August 20th they still ONLY PRINTED THE LABEL. BUY FROM AUSOM DIRECTLY, FREE SHIPPING NO TAX AND GET $50 OFF WITH CODE TRAY721. THEN THEY RESPOND WITH WORKERS NEED REST ON THE WEEKEND LOL. ITS A SCAM TO TIE UP YOUR MONEY I PROMISE U. GO TO THERE FEEDBACK AND LOOK AT NEGATIVE REVIEWS. TONS OF PEOPLE NEVER GOT PACKAGE AND HAD TO WAIT WEEKS FOR REFUND. I SPENT ALMOST 1000 DOLLARS AND THEY ACT LIKE IM BUGGIN.

    Seller got in touch day before bike was going to be delivered to say it would be late as he was having problems shipping large items. Next morning he challenged order then messaged to say he was refunding me. Very disappointed and unsatisfied costumer. Would never recommend this seller and definitely won’t be ordering from them again
