    I was accidentally sent an incorrect item. I contacted the seller and heard back in minutes. They sent me the correct item and were very professional and apologetic for the mistake. Even though there was a mix up, they corrected it without hesitation. I would recommend this seller.

    Everything arrived as expected! The packaging was very secure and none of them fell out of the box like I've seen other reviews mention. The nibs also work great, they're just like my old one! Really happy I bought from this seller instead of buying the insanely overpriced ones I saw on amazon. Would totally buy from this seller again!

    Excellent seller and customer service. I requested an extra battery adhesive for another phone I needed, which they gave to me. The first battery I received was completely dead, but the next business day they sent me a replacement free of charge, and told me to dispose of the old battery. A+ customer service. I highly recommend you purchase parts from them.

    Item came just as described, contion seemed very good, and packaging was pretty good too! As for the price, I cannot complain, it was very good for what it was. Overall a great experience, I would consider visiting this sellers page in the future.
