    I had some issues with the shipping and I had not gotten to me. But the seller helped my through it and we got the whole situation sorted and I got my package. The packaging was great and nicely organized. The watch band came better than I had expected and it was more that I could’ve accepted. I’ve bought from this seller before and I’ve had great experiences with this seller then as well.

    I was accidentally sent an incorrect item. I contacted the seller and heard back in minutes. They sent me the correct item and were very professional and apologetic for the mistake. Even though there was a mix up, they corrected it without hesitation. I would recommend this seller.

    Everything arrived as expected! The packaging was very secure and none of them fell out of the box like I've seen other reviews mention. The nibs also work great, they're just like my old one! Really happy I bought from this seller instead of buying the insanely overpriced ones I saw on amazon. Would totally buy from this seller again!

    Item was as described and packaged very well. Did have a hiccup in shipping but this wasn’t on the seller. The seller was very helpful informing me and finding out the reason for the delay

    When I ordered this battery it arrived looking perfect, after installing it , the battery itself had issues. I contacted the seller about the issue and I had another battery sent the same day. It actually arrived before I even saw his reply to my message. Great deal, Very professional and strives to make his customers happy!
