    Camcorder Remote arrived in perfect condition....was nicely packaged!!!....fit my Sony Handycam perfectly so it was exactly as advertised!!!! Very nice value for this remote, as the original package was still sealed up even though box was previously opened as advertised also....Very Fast Shipping!!!!     The item was as advertised and arrived quickly. I made a mistake ordering and asked for the order to be cancelled and I was notified quickly that the order was cancelled. That rarely happens. I reordered and the order came right away. They were gracious and understanding and I was grateful.

    This company did a great job. Communication was fantastic. Package was shipped fairly quickly and packaging was very good. Price point negotiation was very flexible and honorable packages as described and honestly exceeded expectations.

    Excellent packing for shipment of small fragile electronic items. Prompt friendly communication. Item shipped as scheduled in the listing. Nice people in general. And, an eBay rarity lately, a fair and honest shipping charge on a large, fairly heavy box.

    Responsive seller Ships fast!Ebay itself is AWFUL, which is absolutely NOT the fault of this seller. I have had 5 packages never delivered from eBay over the past 90 days, over 350 dollars worth of merchandise. I would discourage anyone from using eBay for ANYTHING as eBay has denied my claims that the package did not arrive. I am currently pursuing felony fraud charges. (eBay=Zero customer service) THIS SELLER IS GREAT so IF YOU DO buy on eBay, buy from them, they're awesome! F eBay

    There was a misunderstanding with the listed item but the seller was quick to respond to communications and get the problem resolved. When the item arrived it was in the same condition that was advertised on the listing. I'm quite happy with the overall experience.
