    I was disappointed as I did not receive the item that was advertised. Communication was poor and slow. There were long pauses between communications, then in order for you to return the wrong items, I was "required" to take photos. It took forever before receiving a label to return the wrong items and a long delay in my refund being processed. Once I brought to their attention they shipped the wrong items, they should have sent me a return label. The product was new however the homemade box bad.

    I’ve purchased Hoto Tool lanterns several times from this seller and it’s been great! This last time I had one lantern show up dead on arrival but I contacted them and they quickly sent out a replacement. Super impressed with their customer support. Thank you

    Great seller!! My first unit came in severally damaged from shipper…. I contacted seller and they shipped a new one the next day and it arrived earlier than expected and it works great!!!

    Great experience. Fast shipping and exactly what I ordered. The wea one issue, the item arrived with included batteries and one of them had leaked. THey sent a replacement with no questions asked and no charge. Great customer service. Would definitely buy from here again
