  Great seller! Reached out to them after delivery regarding a small issue I had with the unit and they promptly took care of it by providing me with three different options to either exchange the unit, return the unit for a full refund or keep the unit (which was perfectly functional) at a discounted price (partial refund). I appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to work with their buyers!

  I was disappointed as I did not receive the item that was advertised. Communication was poor and slow. There were long pauses between communications, then in order for you to return the wrong items, I was "required" to take photos. It took forever before receiving a label to return the wrong items and a long delay in my refund being processed. Once I brought to their attention they shipped the wrong items, they should have sent me a return label. The product was new however the homemade box bad.

  Bang for the buck? Great deal! Good quality product, functions as described. Button are as prior mentioned and not intuitive....but are functional. Great condition and well packaged for shipping. Good communication with seller.

  Great seller!! My first unit came in severally damaged from shipper…. I contacted seller and they shipped a new one the next day and it arrived earlier than expected and it works great!!!

  Just terrible from beginning. Said color item I wanted was out of stock, but still sells it on his website. Took 10 days to ship me wrong colored item, only to be some one else’s returned item. Broken, charger missing, stuck in fast mode. This guy is a scammer from the day 1. Kept asking me to cancel return, and he will send new one. Never happed. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER. STAY AWAY.

  I’ve purchased Hoto Tool lanterns several times from this seller and it’s been great! This last time I had one lantern show up dead on arrival but I contacted them and they quickly sent out a replacement. Super impressed with their customer support. Thank you
