  Good notification of dispatch, delivery lead time with updates from the delivery company (they ring to confirm date and time window). Well packaged and as described. Easy to fit to vehicle with use of YouTube videos (not of this exact model). Quick response from seller when instructions missing from box.

  Purchased 2 fans 24/06/2025. Package came dented. Unboxed. One fan didn't work. Other fan was far too loud (guess: loose part within). Sent video and photos to seller to seller as requested. Seller made excuses and tried to reasure that it never happened before. Seller offered partial refund, but I never received it. I offered to return the fans for spare parts. It was all pointless as neither fan works as it should and no refund was given. Fans were the correct colour at least. Today: 6 Aug

  supplier and product great only let down by royal mail who said it was delivered on 22nd but reality was they actually delivered on 23rd saw postie deliver it.
