  What started off as a horrible purchase experience quickly turn into a positive one. The seller not only compensated me for the issue I had, they were more than willing to guide me with installation and setup of the device. I had several questions, all were answered in a timely manner. I will definitely be doing business with this company soon. Thanks for an excellent purchase experience.

  Recommended seller and recommended item. Item shipment had a minor problem. Only one challenge I faced is that it took a little longer to resolve as the seller is not in US. Seller took ownership and was fully engaged to help get it setup correctly.

  This product is a bad quality. It will not even keep the date and time. The company says that it's a compatibility issue. They offered $20, $30, and than $40 to "upgrade" the system. I told them I just wanted to return it and get my money back. They told me twice that they would send me a return label and have sent nothing. They are deceitful and will NOT warranty their device. Horrible value for the price. It even shuts off randomly when driving or navigating. DO NOT BUY!
