  Hey how long are the partes going to take they buen saying it was going to get here the 17 and they never got here so now is this a scam so i can get my money back

  This item is custom built to order and we state our current leadtimes in the item description as well as 5 emails we send out along the way with progress reports and order status. We also upgraded your order to our Elite 2.0 series arms at no charge. Please revise feedback we would appreciated it since we normally have a 100% rating.

  Product never arrived. Fullflightracing was only concerned with the money they had to refund. What happened to making sure to take care of the customer? It has been 6 weeks and the product still has not arrived. Their response was "We provided the product you ordered we should have an honest pay for it". So it appears to me they expect us to pay for an item that is not received. --Poor customer service

  This item was shipped 1/5/24. USPS had a major shipping delay at their hub in Missouri and delayed the package from 1/10. Before contacting us, a package was not received claim was filed and the purchase was fully refunded your back by eBay all while the package was in transit in a delay. Which has now started moving again on 2/14 to be delivered 2/17. Was for sure WAY to long of a delay by the USPS and is unacceptable for sure. This was all a misunderstanding that could have been worked out.

  PRODUCT TORE TRYING TO INSTALL (which is why, I'm assuming they sent 6 for a 4pc set) asked how they were to be installed so as to not destroy them during installation, a week later STILL NO RESPONSE .... charged double of what it actually cost to ship, slow to ship
