  I did order 2 packs of 6” scraper blades ( 10 total) but only 1 pack of 5 turned up , also in the box was what looks like a cloth mop head ? That I did not order or want . Can you please send the second pack of blades as I did pay for 10 not 5 ,, Regards Steve

  Exactly as described, excellent quality good value as new condition. Could do with slightly less packaging; took me half an hour just to get the hose unraveled and unpacked.

  Excellent bucket for window cleaning, unfortunately the handle broke, messaged the company, within two days new handle arrived . That's what I call excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to buy from this company again .

  Excellent seller. Item arrived very quickly. Unfortunately they sent the wrong item. Simple ebay message and they immediately dispatched the correct item, no fuss, no extra charge, no return of wrong item. Even with the delay i got the correct item earlier than the promised date.

  Parcel arrived today having been damaged in transit and re packaged in a clear plastic bag by royal mail.. Original ( re-used ) packet seems to be inadequate. Only 7pcs of the 10 pack were in the the packet. Please advise Photos attached for your attention. Please advise.
