  1st package turned up with a part missing, after getting in touch we 4stroke Ltd, they asked for a few photos of the parcel. They then said another part would be sent out. A couple of days later a complete package was delivered, not just the bit that was lost. Well done, quick response and sorted out with any moor to do. Thank you.

  Item arrived on time, Good quality and value. The set supplied did not have a 5mm socket, but two 4.5mm sockets (see attached photo's). This was a problem with the manufacture as the item was supplied in its original sealed packaging. I have contacted the supplier but still have not received a response

  I have no hesitation in leaving a positive recommendation, in fact this seller went the extra mile to solve a problem. My order arrived, unfortunately damaged, but was put down to possibly damaged in transit. There was no hesitation on their behalf. A replacement was issued with no questions asked and arrived approx. 3 days later. Excellent service. I will definitely be putting a good word about this company. Thankyou once again. Tony Wardley.
