    Seller was quick to answer pre-purchase question. I needed a non-tamper resist single outlet and this seller had just that. Fast shipping, delivery by USPS was slow, packaged very well in retail box, and outlet as described / pictured at a good price. Now I can plug in three prong or two prong electrical plugs. Great!

    Had one defective switch and no sooner I contacted the seller late on a Friday afternoon, they immediately responded apologizing for the issue. They promised to send a replacement on Monday and I had it by mid-week! Appreciate the excellent customer service. Just to add, the switches were carefully packaged and they kept me informed during every step of processing my order up to confirming the delivery. I highly recommend this seller and would definitely buy from them again. Thank You!

    Excellent high quality sockets that can properly withstand 4kV as advertised, great for HPS or pulse start metal halide. Shipped quickly, excellent service from seller; original box was missing a couple sockets and replacements for the missing units were sent out immediately. Thanks!!

    The USPS lost this item and said it was delivered. I took a copy of the delivery receipt and showed it to them. USPS told me they would look for it. USPS called me later in the day and said they found it. I went to my PO BOX the next day and it was there. This should show everyone when it says it is delivered it may not be delivered.
