I bought the rare and discontinued version of the Lolita Lempicka fragrance as advertised, but received another current version! I contacted the seller, who didn't offer a good solution to the problem... so, I decided to try to return the item. I was refunded!! Based on all the negotiations about the error, I recommend this seller because eBay guarantees it!

Original box was compromised and there was nothing in it when I received it but the seller offered to send another bottle and shipped it right away and in perfect condition. This is great customer service, and more importantly, the seller is highly trustworthy! Thank you!

I had a very good experience with this seller! There was a confusion in the descrip as it was listed as brand new but upon trying it I realized it's been sprayed (very lightly though)! I contacted him and he explained he received like that and honestly thought it was "unsprayed" and I accepted it. He even went ahead and made a partial refund which was very professional! I really highly appreciated his responsiveness and for me he is a top seller! No doubt I will be buying from him again! Thanks!
