    Appreciate how much care and time was involved with protecting this sparkly necklace in shipping.. The extra touches of boxing and sending the necklace in a cute bag made my day! Excellent customer service when making an offer with this seller. Silver rhinestone necklace was just as described and even more shimmery in person. Looking forward to wearing it, thank you seller so much for accepting my offer. Would definitely purchase from again.

    Seller shipped non-tested item with 4 out of 8 outlets non-functioning. Took me 3 minutes to test the outlets. They shipped in shrink wrap, which can't be reused to ship this junk paperweight back. They wasted my time and my effort not only purchasing this item, but now I have to pack it up and drop it off??? I don't have time for this!! Situation reversed, I would have issued a full refund and allow the buyer to toss the non-working item in the GARBAGE. Worst eBayer ever.
