  The seller was polite and prompt, but did refund the product because it was shipped in summer heat without protection like a freeze bag or bubble wrap. So it arrived liquified. This is the first time I was sent chocolate in just a priority envelope and the whole mailing was hot when I picked it up. Now I will make sure I ask a seller to explain the protection used to avoid melting.

  This is the second time I've purchased from this seller. She is reasonably priced, consistent, and quick to ship. The items are well packed and arrived promptly, in good condition. I highly recommend this seller when you want genuine, quality Trader Joe's items but don't have a store in your area.
