    Items finally received after Royal Mail delayed delivery for several days. I emailed the seller Flash T Ltd to explain I was still waiting for the parcel and was told they had dispatched the items several days ago shortly after they had received my order. Communications were good with the seller. Royal Mail however really not a great service. No issues with Flash T Ltd at all. I would suggest using a different delivery company might be prudent in the future though.

    Package delivered in good time, but one of two tins of pellets arrived dented probably due to rough couriers. Packaging was good but could have bin better. Dented tin doesn’t affect pellets usage so I still give positive review. Excellent value pellets, as described. Thanks

    Excellent service, great communication. I originally received the incorrect item, but was promptly issued the correct item and told to keep both items at no extra cost. Highly recommend and will purchase again in the future
