The seller was very responsive to handle USPS delivery failure for the initial purchase of the SIM card. To ensure we have a SIM card before we leave for Greece, the seller instructed me to place this additional order and they shipped the SIM card out on the same day. After USPS redelivered the 1st SIM card, the seller paid for return shipment of this SIM card and provided full refund as soon as they received the returned package. It was a great pleasure to do business with them.

The SIM card worked well. The seller was very responsive to handle USPS delivery failure. To ensure we have a SIM card before we leave for Greece, the seller instructed me to place another order and they shipped the 2nd SIM card out on the same day. After USPS redelivered the 1st SIM card, the seller paid for return shipment of the 2nd SIM card and provided full refund as soon as they received the returned package.
