  Item was listed as “Open box – New condition” with USPS Priority Mail shipping. However, it arrived with the previous owner's contacts info still on it, clearly used. It was also shipped via USPS Ground, not Priority. The seller apologized and initially offered a $15.00 credit. Since the other new unit I had been considering was no longer available, I countered with $20.00, which they accepted. My intent was to purchase a new base unit, specifically to avoid dealing with issues of a used device.
