  Shepherd Hardware 3” Swivel Casters, 4 ct. $28.99 + free shipping was just what I was looking for. Supposedly shipped out fairly quickly, but no movement under tracking status. Order never arrived and seller didn’t respond to tracking inquiry. eBay promptly issued full refund. In actuality, I would’ve rather get an update on ETA. Obviously, I still need the item, but last one was removed from listing.
