    My order has been precisely refunded instantly once I messaged the supplier. Customer Service 5Star honestly. Delivery courier messed up the order-no idea how did they delivered under my address-as there was no package left in a safe spot. As I said-Customer service from the seller sort my case out without opening the case. Such things happen sadly-but these efforts from the seller are remarkable-that is all I can vote for. Refunded amount arrived within 12 hours from the issued date.

    i ordered this item on the 10th march it was supposed to be delivered by the 13th march. it wasnt here i needed it to go away with on friday fo the weekend i was unable to go as i couldnt use by disle heater as i couldnt use the can. i emailed the company twice they did not reply i still havent recieved the product or any kind of reply from the company/ i have lost money on a camp site as i coudnt go away for the weekend as i didnt have the heater.

    Initially only one item was sent but this error was swiftly rectified by the seller. The packaging of the first delivery was damaged and repacked by DHL. Some paint chipped. Second delivery swift and secure. Good price and quality.
