    For reasons unbeknown my order was returned to the seller as undelivered (I had chosen a parcel shop which has long opening hours) however the seller contacted me and asked if I still wanted the order was another address available. I supplied my home address and the lampshades arrived yesterday. They are exactly as described and we are really pleased with them. Thank you Ebay seller.

    After facing an initial issue with the original lamp the seller sent me a replacement very quickly. My issue was resolved with great communication! Had seen the lamp elsewhere for a much higher price so was happy when I saw this. Thank you for resolving my problem with ease - will definitely buy with you again. Item as described and packaged well with good value postage cost.

    Thank you, my wife is very pleased with these items. We have yet to get some LEDs for them, but first impressions are very positive. Brand new and wrapped, as pictured and described by the seller, delivered on time, look good and at a good price. A1 seller and would definitely recommend. 👍

    the first package arrived with the light in bits. contacted the seller and they sent out a replacement really quickly so many thanks. this does not in anyway reflect badly on the seller but is a positive to a great service. 5 stars, great coms
