  Item bought was listed as new when i received item it was marked rebuilt when i called about misleading information they thank me for bringing it to there attention because it was listed new The company issued me credit for the item and was told to keep the one they sent.   Item as described, i had contacted the product manufacturer directly for precise measurements for my bus and they were extremely helpful.. Quality is equal to OEM The selling company was a bit slow from date order placed to actual shipping but all went well arrived well packaged from manufacturer in UPS box

  Seller communicated from the beginning. Part got shipped to the wrong address which was no fault of the seller, but seller was in communication and wanted to help get the problem resolved. Shipping was prompt and product was as described.

  Part came quickly and was as described. Only concern was that it could have been packaged better. The dampener ordered was a very heavy component and almost ripped its way through the box during transport.
