  I received the cricut as described, new in the box. It was still wrapped in plastic with all instruction manuals and warranty information inside. The price I paid from this seller was much less than a lot of other places I looked, great deal! They shipped the machine in its original box so It did get beat up in shipping, but that didn't affect the inside or the contents at all. Everything was intact! Thank you FH Liquidation, excellent sale!

  Item received as described. The item packaging seem to have water damages maybe due to the storage condition.Also, the item was labled as a walmart return item "not to be sold after return" but all in all individual filters were sealed. Thank you,

  Container was received with seal broken (as shown in photo), scoop missing, and some product missing as well. It appeared as if someone before me had bought the item, used it, didn't like it, and returned it. Seller was willing to replace the item or offer me a partial refund, my choice. I opted for the partial refund and am satisfied with this resolution.

  My package disappeared with USPS, and Seller stayed on top of the situation. Unfortunately, said package never arrived and Seller properly refunded me in a timely manner. I highly recommend this Seller because he communicated with me and took care of business, Thank you!

  Items received were not in the condition they were described as. Packaging was damaged and dirty and one item was a different model. Seller issued a partial refund to compensate for the issues and inconvenience.

  Overall excellent transaction, great deal and great price! Did use the boot box as a shipping box and it was crushed in transit. Anything valuable or worth more $$$ I recommend to seller to ship out padded, item box inside a shipping box for extra protection. Thanks!
