  Although there was initially a part of my purchase missing (the base of a plastic standee), they were very prompt and courteous with correcting the error and sending the missing piece.   GOOD COMMUNICATION. PACKAGED WELL. DON'T EXPECT WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO THOUGH. I GOT KUROMI & HER BOOK (A SMALLER VERSION WITH PINK ON THE EYES), BUT NOT THE MAT & CARD. THE FIGURE IS STILL CUTE, BUT NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. THE SELLER TRIED TO MAKE IT RIGHT, BUT ASK QUESTIONS OR ASK FOR PHOTOS OF WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE BEFORE BUYING SO THERE ARE NO SURPRISES.
