    Great service. Item as described. Evri delivered to wrong address at first. They then recollected after raising issue with them and re-delivered next day. This was in no way sellers fault. Highly recommended e-bayer. Many thanks.

    Wow, excellent service from fedukltd. My trolley arrived within a few days with excellent communications from fedukltd. Whilst assembling the trolley I noted a manufacturing error which had crept in. I contacted fedukltd who responded straight away, between us we sorted out the problem and they dispatched a replacement part that day. If all Ebay suppliers were this good!

    I highly recommend this seller there was an issue, my item was damaged I am guessing in transit. I contacted the seller and within the hour they responded and then sent me a replacement. I bought a dog crate in purple. It is perfect for my pooch. Arrived very promptly.

    The Trolley is fantastic and the seller's communication was great. However, the delivery couriers were absolutely ***! This item was on their van four times before getting delivered. At one stage their delivery map showed the parcel as being within 1/4Mile of destination, an hour before due to being "Due for delivery"... two hours later it was back in the depot 30 miles away! Eventually it was left outside the premises gate in a proper bashed up (four times in a van) state! DX Couriers ****!

    Unfortunately, the item was delivered to a click and collect store but they wouldn’t let me have the item ( this was NOT the sellers fault ) The seller was very helpful and issued me with a full refund straight away! Many thanks for sorting things out
