  Everything was as described and was packaged very well but had the unfortunate chance of receiving it broken and just at the spout. I don't blame the seller so I'm giving it the 5 stars it was going to receive if I did not receive it broken and also 5 stars because there was no issue getting a refund.

  I may have been confused when I wrote my original comment. I believe I received a message that no delivery due to inadequate address. Actually, I was contacted by the seller that this item required special shipping due to its weight, which was much greater than I expected. They offered to cancel the order for me, which I graciously accepted. I am sorry that I was confused. I am grateful that they took the time to bring the weight issue to my attention and offered to rescind the sale.
