  I gave a poor review to this seller because the self assembly wire unroller I purchased arrived incomplete and therefor useless..BUT after some investigation the problem was the courier . Poor handling and repackaging without including the missing parts was to blame. Finally problem has been solved by the seller who has gone the extra mile to fix it. all is well that ends well.

  Arrived broken, package is not designed for shipping. Seller has offered to send parts in 15+ days, but cannot seem to understand all the parts that were damaged and has made no offer to resolve by sending all the broken parts in a timely fashion. I have provided pictures, cant send vid for some reason. Seems to take 3-5 days to get a response. Unsure how to return for refund. Seller appears to just be running out the clock on a refund
