  I really regret buying from this seller. Their graver handles were priced nearly FOUR TIMES higher than the industry standard at RioGrande. When I pointed it out, their dismissive response blamed shipping and fees—despite shipping all my items in one package. They refused to refund the excess shipping costs and ignored my follow-up. This is greed disguised as a small business. If you value fairness and professionalism, avoid this seller.

  Rio Grande is not the industry standard and this item being priced 4 times higher than the industry standard is a blatant lie. This buyer demanded we issue a refund or else they would leave us negative feedback.
