  Der Artikel kam leider beschädigt aus dem Ausland an. War ich enttäuscht, weil er durch Zoll und Versand doch sehr teuer für die Qualität war . Der Verkäufer hat ganz HERVORRAGEND reagiert nachdem ich Bilder geschickt habe. Hat sofort ne Rücküberweisung veranlasst, waren wenigstens 2/3 des Gesamtbetrages. Hab gedacht er spricht perfekt Deutsch, hat er aber nach eigener Auskunft nur mit Übersetzer gemacht .

  First lamp shade , did not arrive i got in touch with the supplier , they sorted me a new shade very fast i got it in a few days, exellent customer service and response time brilliant .
