  Unfortunately; one of the four mugs, which shipped quickly, arrived broken, but … I don’t believe that it was the seller’s fault because the box arrived in good condition and was not damaged in any way, and the mugs were appropriately packaged. As disappointing as it was, this is what can happen when you buy and sell vintage glassware. Most importantly, the seller was quick to respond to my message about the damaged mug and was extremely pleasant to deal with throughout the process. A 25% refund
