  Many thanks, the item arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. It also arrived ahead of the initial scheduled date.   Wrong item was sent. Communication with seller was difficult as they initially replied quickly but there were no further messages after that, I did get a refund after initiating a return through eBay but have since replaced the item from another seller. Communication could be improved with this seller

  both items received were not as described. very frustrating to order a product that is not in stock as stated and to be sent something completely different and having to go through the return process costing me time and money to find a return courier. if you advertise something please have it in stock and send the right thing not an alternative that I didn't want.
