  Seller was somewhat hostile when i asked if he could work with me on the price (the listing has best price turned on). I decided against the purchase but he ended up sending me an offer and I accepted it. Being a seller myself, though nowhere near this volume, I understand the costs and fees associated. Maybe he was having a bad day. The item was packed fine, better than described! I would purchase from them again, TY for the fair deal!

  Selling Gaming Parts over the Years has Hardened my Soul to the Core. It has Been Extremely Difficult at Best. Best Offers are the Biggest Pain I have to Bear. Most Buyer do not understand that Free Shipping is Not Free for me. Even one ounce Now is $8 my cost out the door USPS Ground advantage. USPS has Price me out of Priority Shipping. I Personally decline 99.9% offers as most would be less than it would cost to ship it. I am Honest & Upfront. This is service Door to Door I do for a few bucks

  Good coms with the seller, posted a video showing the fan working. Can confirm it does work too. Quick postage. Considering the console is 20 years old, the price is a little wild, though I did have to pay international postage after all, but from all the searching I've done these are rarely available to buy. Great seller, would recommend!

  I ship even my International Buyer items out the same day. Yes. You are Worlds away so the Extra shipping Charge to Your Country can be Very High. I ship to eBay. They ship Overseas and have their own Fees. I have no control once I ship an item. I can say I have bought so many Gaming item from Overseas Myself. I had to Spend Thousands of Dollars on Extra Foreign Postage Charges to Get what I wanted or Needed. That is Part of the experience of getting item you would have never know about or had.
