  Hello and thank you for your feed back. You received this item on August 6th and messaged us that wrong item was sent. A reply to you was made almost immediately confirming that correct item will be shipped. August 7th, correct item was shipped and you were provided the tracking number. We are not sure why you have mentioned in your feedback it was never sent when in fact the record shows correct item was sent almost immediately. Again we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
