  The item did not arrive as originally scheduled. I asked the seller for an update, they apologized for the delay and refunded my original purchase price because of the shipping issue. They also said that if the item did arrive for me just to keep it at no cost. The item did finally come 2 weeks late. Great customer satisfaction resolution which is a rare occurrence.
