  Item listed as excellent and like new arrived with undisclosed damage. Seller contradicted themselves in our messages: "like new to me" but “used, so not brand new." Like new implies no flaws. I requested a partial refund for mending, preferring to keep it and avoid unnecessary returns. Seller was rude, only offering a full return, claiming it's a favor despite their inaccurate listing. No accountability. Poor communication. Not as described. Very negative experience.

  The buyer said this beautiful nightgown needed a couple stitches at the slit which was so small (on inside) I didn't notice it. However the buyer asked for a partial refund and wanted to keep the nightgown, NOT return it. Buyer was fully refunded, kept the nightgown free of charge. Buyer has judged me harshly and very unkindly, not understanding at all even though everything was in her favor. I am an ebay seller for over 20 yrs. always trying to do my best. fancychoices

  Coat was advertised as "new" but there was trash in the pocket, tags were detached and stain on the inside of the jacket. Contacted seller who offered no solution or discount for misrepresenting this item. I sent pictures to verify my findings.

  This high- NEW jacket was purchased about 1 year ago! I bought it at Khol's on my charge account for $80, the price tag was included (in the pocket) as indicated in the description. When the jacket was sent to the buyer there was NO stain NO trash in pocket only the price tag identifying the item to prove it was brand new Perhaps the jacket was tried on by someone wearing deodorant I don't know. I know it was inspected when shipped the red flag feedback 1 yr later! 1st foremost on my feedback?
