  Grille was brand new as listed. Only problem arose with logistics and packaging. Have bought countless parts from ford direct and a dealer in St. Louis, and know how well the expensive parts come packaged with the foam support in the boxes and such. This box showed up wrecked with the grille in loose plastic and a couple pieces of bubble wrap on each end. Extremely lucky it made the trip unscathed. Great prices, please do better on protecting the product. Thank you!
