  I really like the bag, and I appreciate that the seller gave me an additional discount. Although the bag did not have original tags, it’s in perfect condition, just like new. The seller is super nice, and I would buy something from her again. I would have appreciated that the bag was shipped in a box rather than a bag.

  Buyers beware this seller is not genuine. The insoles from these boots have been removed. Also the heals on the sole are worn down on both shoes indicating they are not brand new and have been worn. The item description and photos were not accurate. I can’t even return them since I paid a lot for shipping and import duty. It will also cost a lot to send them back . All very disappointing. A very expensive mistake. I am going to have spend even more money to buy some replacement insoles .

  Hello! What are you talking about? You did not contact me with any issues, though you have received these shoes days ago. The shoes look exactly as the pictures I took of them. I purchased them for myself initially, but not worn them. Please at least show proof that they look different than what I have sent you. If insoles were missing, I would have never offered them for sale, but kept them. Do you want to contact me off line to discuss this? Sell for 13 years. Doing good because of honesty.
