    Fantastic experience. Shipping was fast (though $16.49 was much too expensive, packaging was terrific, CD was in superb condition, as advertised, and CD was a good value, though the shipping was horribly expensive (twice as much as the 2-disk CD itself). CD came in a hard box and seller respected my request to add the words DO NOT CRUSH on the packaging to further protect the item. Would definitely buy from them again if the shipping isn't as expensive. Other Japanese sellers charge less to ship

    Face Records are simply one of the best sellers on Ebay. Their communication and delivery speeds are outstanding. My CD (Manic Street Preachers 'Futurology') arrived within days of sale and packaged beautifully. The condition was like new (described as 'good' - but much closer to Mint). The cost was extremely low considering the value of this exclusive edition and the postage was equally low considering the radical postage costs a lot of sellers are pushing for nowadays. Outstanding seller!!

    Shipped and arrived quickly. Great communication. Double-box packaging is the way to go. Disc was impressive and immaculate. Practically perfect! However, the jacket was heavily stained on the back. No way of knowing from the pics, so I do wish it'd been noted in the description. Keeping positive because the disc looks so lovely and the rest of the transaction went so well. I'll find a replacement jacket another day, maybe even from this seller, whom I would buy from again. Thanks! :)

    Package got stuck with german customs but once i sent an email with documentation of purchase, the package was cleared for transport to buyer. Records and Cover packaged very well and came as described. Very good seller with a ton of low prized quality collectors items.

    Fast, trackable shipping to Poland from Japan, 4 days, very well packaged. Totally as described, like new and great value for money. My XJAPAN collection just got one more disc closer to completion :) Lovely service from this company which is already one of my "saved sellers" from previous experiences.
