  I paid £9.99 for special delivery. The seller just sent standard 24 hour delivery and then scribbled out the price. Politely asked for a refund for the extra postage paid and was told 24 hour is as good as special delivery and ignored my request about the difference in postage paid ( aprox £6.) has ignored all messages. Very dishonest seller

  Sadly, after asking for 5 metres, I was told several days after ordering and also falsely told that it had been posted, that they didn't have enough left. Their post on ebay stated that they still had 3 metres, so I asked for that only to be told hours later that they only had it in two pieces, which was useless for my needs. Really poor communication does not produce a harmonious business relationship. I did ask if they were likely to get any more but over a week now and still no reply.
