  Prompt Shipping and well packaged. Condition of item was good / as described. I had an issue with a specification that was not as described, but this seller quickly and fairly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Great communication and honest seller. Would not hesitate to buy from again.

  Accurate description and the product was in perfect condition. Did come in original packaging, but it got beat up during transit (not sellers fault!). Quality + appearance is great and controller works as it should! Great value! Recommend this seller!

  Arrived as described. Brand new in box, I was able to register and activate with no problems at all. They work perfectly. Packaging the item was not very good, bubble wrap mailer around the original box did not prevent shipping damage, however, the hearing aids were well packaged by manufacturer. Shipping the item out happened several days after being paid for, but arrived sooner than expected. Great value for the price. All things considered, I'm very pleased with this transaction.

  Ordered EcoFlow Delta Pro Extra Battery, received WRONG ITEM — the Delta Pro Power Station instead. It arrived DAMAGED with visible cracks and dents. Packaging was poor and unsafe for such a heavy item. Seller has been unresponsive and unhelpful. Completely unacceptable experience for such a high-value purchase. Now dealing with eBay support for resolution. Avoid this seller at all costs!
