  I was so upset when my bowl arrived broken, it was a Christmas present for my husband. I reached out to the seller and they very quickly responded with a replacement! The next day I had tracking. I am extremely happy because it will reach me in time to give my husband for Christmas. Very quick shipping time. Great seller!

  Seller sent me the completely wrong set of card packs and I had spent around $200 on them. I had to message multiple times over a week to finally get a rude, indifferent response telling me to just return them. Disappointing attitude, no consideration for the buyer's side of things.
