    Great seller, fast shipping, Express Water 3 year filter package was exactly as described on the ad, filters appeared and were the exact same high quality as the ones they were replacing, brand new, double boxed for additional protection during shipping, and are a great purchase for the price point. All in all a great buy.

    Express Water sold me a replacement filter set for my 3-year RO system. It included three replacement PAC pins and three connecting couplings, but only one was delivered. I need this part to replace the filter. The seller did not send me the two missing couplings. The seller should have sent me the missing parts. But instead, they told me to call headquarters and fix it myself. Never buy from this irresponsible seller. Never buy from this seller again.
